Mikail and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. They helped me get a system in January, in snowy weather. I had been through 3 other quotes, 2 of which I paid for, all of whom wanted more for the work and a all had to add things I didn’t want (or need according to city) Paul explained everything from a scientific perspective, they worked with my budget, and were no BS no hassle the whole time. I ended up with a central air system as well. Not because they upsold me, but because I asked and they managed to get me a great quality one installed within my budget. The most impressive and frankly shocking we’re the city inspectors reactions to the work. They came separately, on the same day, one electrical one mechanical. The first worlds out of their mouths were: mechanical inspector, “wow, this is a really nice system” electrical inspector, “This is really great! These guys did you right”
