I called Best Heating for a second opinion on error codes on a Carrier furnace. Paul was very responsive over the phone which game me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Both Paul and Mike came the next day during the timeframe they conveyed to me. It didn’t take them long to diagnose the problem and they worked quickly to resolve my problems. I would recommend Paul of Best Heating Cooling & Air if you want to deal with hands-on owners who do quality work themselves for a reasonable price.

My furnace has been blowing out cold air since last night. We were freezing in the house. Called another company last night, but did not get a callback until later the next day. Mike responded to my message within an hour this morning around 6am and scheduled to come look at my furnace issue at the same day. He and his partner are very professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very, very happy with these guys!!! Paul and Michael fixed the initial problem I called them about with my furnace. I then asked them about an unrelated problem I’ve been having with my A/C. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best they could for the time being without having to replace the whole A/C unit. My biggest worry was that they would try to upsell me on things I didn’t need like a lot of other companies do, and they didn’t do that. So thankful to have cool air now and thankful to have go-to people for all my HVAC needs. They are knowledgeable, honest and reliable, and prices are reasonable in comparison with other companies. Paul and Michael are the best. Professional HVAC technicians/contractors who will come out during an emergency. My wife and I experienced a motor blowing out in our furnace and called other HVAC companies, but they would not respond or come out on the same day. I called Best Heating Cooling and Air and they answered. Paul and Michael came out within 10-15 minutes, looked at the furnace and ac unit, and told us what was really going on; which previous companies did not address properly. I would highly recommend this company!

My furnace went out this weekend so I called Best Heating Cooling & Air. They were able to come out and work with me. I ended up having to get a new furnace but they were able to do this the very next day and I couldn’t be happier with the install. Everyone was friendly and informative!

Michael was great! He came right over, found and fixed the problem my furnace was having in less than a hour!
They called and asked if they could show up 30 minutes early on a day when the roads were bad. Diagnosed and fixed my issue within 10 minutes and performed a check-up and off they went within 30 minutes. Really like the guys and their service. I will use them again.

To my great surprise, the technicians came and quickly found out the problem and corrected it. The furnace works at once. Then I received a bill for $90, that’s great. The technician said they found more problems, and will give me an estimate soon. This company is so responsive and reliable, that I will certainly use it in the future.! Michael and Paul quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of the service. Had nice cold air blowing right away.

Our AC went out over the weekend and we called Fix-It 24/7 to come out to fix our AC and they charged $527 to change the dual capacitor and said it should work and left; several hours later our house was still not cooling and the Fix-It 24/7 tech back and said gauges are all wrong and we just need a new unit because it’s old and wanted to charge us $15,000 for a new AC unit. So we called Michael and Paul from Best Heating Cooling & Air for a second opinion. They came out the very next day and said the very first thing was our unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned because the gauges will not read correctly regardless of any issues if not cleaned. They cleaned the unit free of charge. They meticulously checked the unit outside and inside noting the capacitor in the basement was bad and only charged $160 for the dual capacitor. Long story short they got our unit up and running correctly and we did not need a new unit. Michael and Paul are honest and know what they are doing. They care for their customers, provide excellent service, and try to provide a solution by starting from the most basic and working their way up, keeping cost to the customer as low as possible. We recommend Best Heating and Cooling and will not work with any other company in the future.
These guys were all business. I was a little skeptical of all of the five star reviews. Sometimes companies will push five star reviews on their customers. But, honestly, these guys came out within an hour, got the parts for the next day and finished rather quickly. Super nice and easy to work with.

I can’t say enough praises about this company. I am a woman living alone and was taken advantage of by another company. The other company quoted me $2,600 worth of repairs I didn’t need. Best heating came out and showed me what was really wrong with the system. They were respectful, compassionate and efficient. My problem was finished quickly, and for a fraction of the other cost. They really care about their customers, which is hard to find. I highly recommend them!

The Service Technician Jordan and his helper Les were great !!! They were very helpful explaining to me how an Air Conditioner system works and they did an outstanding. Job !!! . They came out on a Saturday when they were super busy already. They fixed my air conditioner and had my unit up and running in less than hour. I will call them again if I have an issues!! So grateful!
This is the second time I had this company on my home first time, a year ago for a problem with my furnace and they were faster to show up than any other company to get the job done in a fast and respectful manner. This time again, beating the other companies I had Called for an AC problem. They found the problem in less than five minutes. They had the part that went bad with them. They switch it, and my AC was back at work in no time. Next time anybody needs an HVAC company I really recommend this one. Thank you!!
Great experience. They came out and inspected and cleaned my furnace and a/c unit. The techs were very knowledgeable and explained everything that need to happen. I will also be using them for duct cleaning next week.

Mikhail and his team were amazing, they arrived on time and gave us a fair quote and told us our options. They were able to quickly install a new AC for our 2,000sq ft home in just a few hours. Michael and Paul were so knowledgeable and informative explaining the whole system and what was wrong in great detail. These guys went above and beyond I called them and in under 24hrs I got a quote and my furnace was fixed. I was amazed for they had only been there about 10-15 and it was done. They are highly skilled, professional and efficient!
Highly recommend! We had to call 911 last night due to burning smell and haze (not really smoke yet) and the fire department found that the duct work from our furnace was VERY hot and unsafe. We had to go without heat for the night and these guys came out first thing in the morning, found the correct parts to correct that problem that could have lead to a house fire and on top of that gave us phenomenal pricing. They were honest, great communicators, responsive and quick to act in a stressful situation.
Mikail and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. They helped me get a system in January, in snowy weather. I had been through 3 other quotes, 2 of which I paid for, all of whom wanted more for the work and a all had to add things I didn’t want (or need according to city) Paul explained everything from a scientific perspective, they worked with my budget, and were no BS no hassle the whole time. I ended up with a central air system as well. Not because they upsold me, but because I asked and they managed to get me a great quality one installed within my budget. The most impressive and frankly shocking we’re the city inspectors reactions to the work. They came separately, on the same day, one electrical one mechanical. The first worlds out of their mouths were: mechanical inspector, “wow, this is a really nice system” electrical inspector, “This is really great! These guys did you right” You want straight forward, great quality, honest, reliable and great communication? These are your guys!
I started out with another company that came and told me my AC would need replacement parts and the cost would be in the thousands. On a whim, I picked this company and left a message to get a second opinion. Mike called back right away and said he could come take a look the next day. A few hours later, he called back and came the same day! Mike came with another worker and within a few hours they had refrigerant added and my house was feeling nice and cold! They explained everything from beginning to end and it was easy to tell they are honest and fair. I highly recommend these guys!

This is a first! First cold spell of the season heater would not stay lit. Called a few places and they couldn’t get me in until the next day. Called BHCA today Michael picked up. Told him my issue and said he would be there in 10 min. He fixed the issue (CO2 sensor) and had us back up and running within 45 min. Start to finish. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Michael!
Michael and his partner showed up earlier than expected and diagnosed my gas furnace. They were able to pinpoint the cause of my heater malfunction and quickly took care of the problem. No pressure to replace my entire unit like other big repair companies have given me in the past. Highly recommend BHCA for all your hvac needs!
I have used Mikhail and Paul several times now with the most recent being a full install to replace my 22 year old unit. Their attention to detail, quick turnaround and excellent communication have led me to put their phone number on speed dial!
