BHC installed our furnace a few years ago, and this issue came up within what should have been the labor warranty period.
On February 2, 2026, they came out for a service call and charged $150 ($90 service call + $60 to “adjust furnace pads”). That initial visit was quick—under 20 minutes—and didn’t include meaningful diagnostics (no error codes, no component testing), and the issue wasn’t resolved at that time. However, what really matters is what happened next.
After I raised the concern, they were extremely responsive. They proactively reached out, came back out, and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes with no additional charges. The faulty component was replaced under warranty, and everything is now working perfectly.
That level of follow-through and accountability goes a long way. Not every company handles it this well when something isn’t right the first time. I’m genuinely delighted with how they handled this overall and will absolutely use them again.

This is most definitely NOT the case with this company! The technicians are masters of their trade and are highly qualified with sophisticated diagnostic apparatus and skills. This is the second time I had this company on my home first time, a year ago for a problem with my furnace and they were faster to show up than any other company to get the job done in a fast and respectful manner.
